If you are unable to keep your appointment, please give the practice as much notice as possible so that we can offer the time slot to another patient on our waiting list.
We generally require 24 hours notice for a cancellation.
All patients who fail to attend for 2 dental appointments will be charged. We charge £1 per minute for a missed appointment (for example 10 min dental appointment = £10 charge)
Patients who fail their appointment will receive a notification to advise them of their charge and will not be permitted to make another appointment at the practice until the failed to attend charge is paid in full.
This policy applies to all patients. Patients who do not pay for their treatment will still be charged if they failed to attend an appointment.
If there are extenuating circumstances, we may be able to allow one further opportunity to attend. However, this is at the discretion on the Practice Manager.
